Mr. Jensen is Liquid Realty Partners' Chief Financial Officer. An experienced private equity finance professional with over ten years of relevant private equity finance and fund accounting and tax experience, Mr. Jensen is responsible for all of the firm's accounting, tax structuring, compliance and investor reporting. In addition, Mr. Jensen leads the firm's tax and legal structuring activities, and participates in fund due diligence for the firm's acquisitions.
Mr. Jensen was previously the Senior Controller of Gryphon Investors, a middle-market buyout investment manager. Prior to joining Gryphon Investors, Mr. Jensen served as the Director of Finance at Sanderling Ventures, a biotechnology venture capital investment manager firm. At Gryphon and Sanderling, Mr. Jensen was responsible for all fund accounting, tax reporting and investor relations. Additionally, Mr. Jensen served as interim CFO for several of Sanderling's seed-stage investments, with responsibility for financial operations and reporting.
Prior to joining Sanderling Ventures, Mr. Jensen spent seven years as a member of the private equity group of Arthur Andersen, where his responsibilities included lead management of the San Francisco private equity audit team.
Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
