Mr. Marsh is Liquid Realty Partners' Senior Controller. An experienced finance professional with over twenty years of relevant experience, Mr. Marsh is the firm's controller primarily responsible for accounting, taxation, reporting and related activities of Liquid Realty's funds.
Mr. Marsh was previously the CFO and Controller of Chemrisk, an international consulting firm, where he directed finance, accounting, human resources, and administration procedures. Prior to joining Chemrisk, Mr. Marsh was the Controller of OnWafer Technologies and CFO of Newbury Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. He was formerly a Senior Tax Manager of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Director of Tax Reporting Services of Arthur Andersen & Co. and Tax Compliance Manager of Ernst & Young.
Mr. Marsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Fresno.
