Ms. Luke is Liquid Realty's Director of Portfolio Management. In this role, she is responsible for monitoring, managing and reporting on the firm's portfolio investments. In addition, Ms. Luke actively participates in the firm's debt financings, investor reporting and investment due diligence.
Ms. Luke was previously an Asset Manager with the J.E. Robert Companies, a leading real estate investment company that has acquired and managed more than $8 billion in assets. While at JER, Ms. Luke was responsible for managing and disposing of multiple distressed commercial real estate mortgage portfolios ranging from $50 million to over $100 million in book value. Her responsibilities included conducting extensive due diligence on distressed mortgage portfolios, and working within a five-person team responsible for monitoring the performance of a $2 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Ms. Luke was Director of Marketing and Corporate Development for Chela Education Financing, a $2.5 billion financial services firm, and Experienced Manager in the Global Real Estate Consulting Group at Andersen Consulting. She started her career with Bank of America as a Credit Analyst in the Special Assets Bank.
Ms. Luke holds a Masters of Business Administration from the London Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
