Mr. Wai has responsibility for accounting, taxation, reporting and related activities of Liquid Realty's funds. He was formerly a Senior Auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in private equity firms and technology companies. He formerly held positions including Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager and Finance Manager.
Mr. Wai holds an Masters of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz.
